Part 1: Daytime Sleepiness

How likely are you to doze off or fall asleep in the following situations, in contrast to just feeling tired? Use the following scale for your answers.

0 = Never doze
1 = Slight chance
2 = Moderate chance
3 = High chance

Part 2: Apnea Risk Factors

If you don't know your BMI, you can use an online calculator. A BMI over 35 kg/m² is a significant risk factor.

Measure around the middle of your neck (Adam's apple). A size over 17 inches (43cm) for men or 16 inches (41cm) for women is a risk factor.
