Practice Manager Berlinda joined the practice in January of 2010 and works closely with Dr.Razzack and all physicians at Razzack and Associates. She oversees the direct supervision of patient scheduling, registration, and daily functions of the practice. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining office policy and procedures, including (and most importantly) promoting excellent customer service and patient care. Berlinda is a Respiratory Care Practitioner and has worked as a therapist since 1991 with experience in hospital care and ICU's. As an RPC, she's always up-to-date in the latest in pulmonary techniques and resources through continuing education.
Berlinda is a member of the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) and a member of the National Coalition of Asthma Educators. Berlinda is a member of the Texas Society for Respiratory Care , and a member of American Association of Cardiovascular, American Association of Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).

Christina Lopez has worked with Razzack & Associates since 2017 in several HR initiatives and projects. Christina has over 20 years of HR experience in all areas including talent management, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, employee wellness programs, training, payroll and compliance.
Her industry experience includes oil & gas, retail, banking, engineering and transportation. This experience allows her to support Razzack and Associates with their initiatives in compliance, process improvements and employee engagement. Christina holds a Certified Professional Human Resources Certificate (PHR). She enjoys supporting company goals and assist in enhancing their HR practices.

Compliance & Operations Officer Melissa Guerrero joined Razzack & Associates in 2016 with over 20 years of combined financial, operational, and compliance experience in both private and corporate settings.
Her experience facilitates executing the culture and vision of Razzack and Associates. Melissa develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures of day-to-day operations for the team.

Daniel has been with our practice since 2014. He is our Clinic Supervisor and is responsible for making sure that our staff follows policies and procedures implemented by our administration. He also trains all incoming medical assistants and medical administrative assistants to ensure that our patients receive exceptional care.
Daniel is also a CMA, functioning as a healthcare advocate, and performing routine administrative processes for scheduling and coordinating hospital admissions or procedures.

Brianna Ransom has recently joined our practice in 2019. She brings extensive experience in customer service and administration skills to Razzack & Associates. She coordinates processes, patient care, and arranges for sleep studies.
Brianna Ransom assists in various roles within the clinic and works closely with patients to expedite any patient care and/or services.

Tony joined the practice in December 2014 and oversees the day-to-day operations of our Sleep Center. He is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing. Tony develops and implements policies and procedures for the Sleep Center to ensure that patient care meets our high standard of quality.
Tony is registered as a Polysomnographer and uses his extensive experience in the field to lead and direct with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Tony reports directly to Dr.Razzack and played an important part in the accreditation of the Sleep Center by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, in collaboration with our Medical Director.
